If the receipt notice is dated before April 12th, no confirmation that it is approved. If the letter is dated after 12th, it should have been approved by now. Check out USCIS's lattest press release... Hope that helps...

Well the receipt number can be enterred into USCIS website and it reports the status...and any updates when it occurs.
