hi people on sajha i need some serious help,i live in europe so i do not have a good idea about american immigration system,so i appreciate if some people can give me good suggestion. my brother was married to a bhutanese girl in nepal and now she has resetteled in usa under the bhutanese refugees third country resettlement programme. she lives in new york now i would like to know what procedures should she take to call her husband to nepal. serious suggestions wil be really appreciated.and she has been is usa for like 2 months now

Why she did not add his (husband’s) name while she was under process for the refugee visa? It would have done same time?
I am guessing, same process as a green card holder filing for spouse?
