i did not read that link- but to answer the question, this financial system (includes fractional reserved banking, wage-system, wealth rules/law, economic activities, fiat currency, share market etc) is not working.. SOMETHING IS WRONG SOMEWHERE.. How come someone in this country keeps working like a machine and again can not affort good housing or good medical treatment? How can he not able to afford higher education? Current money is debt, and as long as such currency exist, the current economic system is just a musical chair.. Each time music stops, someone is trapped in..

Because of internet, information sharing is getting to wider population.. and the result is this realization -- which appears in the form of 'occupy wallstreet'. This is something very serious movement --

Only people who don't support occupy wall street are the people who make more money than they should.

 ok...then is facebook founder 1% or 99 %. He make money with his merit. He is not cheating anybody. Why shouldn't he be allowed to earn  more money ?He is just one example.

 Here's the another side of the story, has some points. As of right now, the Occupy is loosing its charms and the poll shows that people are getting sick and tired. It's becoming more like a bunch of homeless trying to have fun who have all the time on his hand.
