You will not find consultancy easily like you can find for canada here. The best way is to gather the information of college and contact with university by yourself. After acceptance from college, you can apply for visa here is Australian Embassy. It is done though online. You will just have to send your passport. And of course necessary document as they need and in deed big thing source of income. Good Luck.
