Moneygram. Sasto, sulav, bharpardo. I believe they charge 10 bucks for transfers up to 1,000 bucks. I've sent a couple hundred bucks to my younger brother on a few occasions. It was quite convenient and a hasslefree experience. No clue on Thamel.com or other methods.
