And by "Vitamin Sherpa" I suppose the writer is alluding to a "Vitamin Porter" ? I feel that is (1) a poor choice of words and (2) made in poor taste. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more Sherpas today who are farmers, restauranters, blue-collar workers etc than porters for western tourists.
