Deal Sir/Madam,

Can someone help me or advise any consultancy/company who can get my H1 transferred and then file GC.

Presently my husband is holding H1b and I have H4 (dependant visa). I cannot work on H4. Please suggest. I am in new Jersey currently.

You are still in H1 but "Lead Developer". Is that self proclaimed title? Normally, it takes 8-10 years to become a Lead Developer. Are you in H1 for 8-10 years?
