Guys..I am working for a american contractor/consulting company and found out this week that they are taking 10-12 dollars per hour from my paycheck. Me and my other friends are thinking about asking them to pay us more. What do you think..is it usual for these company to take that much money from our paycheck...should we ask for more ?? Do you guys work for these type of companies, and does the differenc seems reasonable?

 Its a normal business practise. the thing is you prolly couldnt find a job at first place anyway, unless these companies provided you with trainings and assited with job, and file for the H1...this is a typical scenario. but in IT industry, there are LAYERS after layers, not to shock you but 10-12 bucks and hr is actually on a low side, i have seen at times, their cut being 20-25 bucks n hr too. 

do you mind me asking, what do you work as.

 Guys! I am going to graduate in business management. I have no intention to go behind dhoti companies. As you guys said, is it possible If i get through any khaire's consultency. where can i find them. Any links???
