So there are 3 fees in total: Form I-821: $50 Biometrics: $85 EAD: $380 _____________ total: $515 How many checks should I write and who should I write it to? Is it: Department of Homeland Security or USICIS??

Form I821 -$0 for reregistration (Unless your doing a Late initial application) And yes 1 check of $465 named to Department of Homeland Security. Please don't write USCIS, the I-821 information specifically asks not to write abbreviations.
